Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I have had a passion for photography for as long as I can remember, my first camera being an old box brownie! This was followed on with a variety of cameras from the old 126 format to 35mm and as a 17th birthday present my parents furnished me with an Olympus OM10 which was pretty cutting edge at the time.
As the years passed, I dabbled in the darkroom, processing my own mono and colour prints using the Cibachrome system, until the dawn of digital. This changed the whole scene and went hand in hand with my learning to use an Apple computer and Adobe Photoshop back in the early 90’s!
I have now been working professionally as a commercial photographer for the past 25 years and have built up a varied customer base across many different walks of life. I pride myself on being very approachable and moulding in with my clients, (in some cases being viewed upon as a member of staff). Having such experience over the years has taught me to enjoy every shoot, look at what angles to come from when taking the shots and how to portray the final product in the best light with a little bit of artistic flair thrown in too.
As founder of thetunbridgewellsproject.co.uk my portfolio also extends across two web sites of varied imagery from architecture through to events.
I am always happy to talk to you about your vision, whatever the project, and how best to achieve your goals.
Below are a few samples of my personal photography. One of my favourite pastimes is exploring and photographing old and abandoned buildings and something I have learnt from this type of photography is that nature will always win in the end!
